ABSTRACT
Kampung Blekok, a stunning tourist destination in Situbondo, East Java, has become a major attraction for tourists seeking to experience beautiful nature and rich culture with enchanting natural landscapes and the surrounding environment of local residents. This research will discuss and analyze the influence of existing facilities in Blekok Village on the level of visitor satisfaction. The research method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative research method. The data collection technique chosen by the research team was in-depth interviews. The discussion focused on Pokdarwis members as managers of the Kampung Blekok tourist village. The research subject was the strategies/things done by Pokdarwis to increase tourist interest in the Kampung Blekok tourist village. The final results obtained from this research include, based on the results of analysis and interviews conducted in Blekok village with POKDARWIS, it can be seen that the facilities available at tourist attractions are unkempt and damaged, which was caused by the temporary closure of Blekok village during the Covid-19 pandemic and the Department The Situbondo Environment did not carry out maintenance during the pandemic. So it can be concluded that the participation of the community and government in maintaining and repairing facilities greatly influences customer satisfaction, thus supporting the sustainability of tourism activities in Blekok Village and providing a sustainable impact on Blekok Village tourism. Suggestions for the management of Blekok Village are to always improve existing facilities, such as supporting facilities that are already available such as accommodation, transportation facilities, places to eat and other public facilities
