About INCOMI
The INCOMI (International Conference on Multidisciplinary Issues) Proceedings consist of selected papers centered on the theme "Social and Political Sciences." The first and second INCOMI was called KONAMI (Konferensi Nasional Mitra FISIP) or knows as "National Conference on FISIP's Partners" was held as a hybrid conference on 2023 and 2024, organized by the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (FISIP), University of Jember, Indonesia.
This national conference aims to provide a platform where stakeholders from academia, business, government, and the community—particularly FISIP partners—can interact through a series of academic research presentations, panel discussions, and keynote speeches. Under the theme "Social and Political Sciences," we accepted papers across eight key topics:
Identity, Society, and Elites
International Dynamics
Local Government Public Policy
Hospitality and Tourism
Environment and Poverty Alleviation
Marketing and Entrepreneurship
Business Strategy
Big Data Integration in Taxation
In direct fulfilment of this strategic objective, the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences is proud to inaugurate its premier international academic forum: The International Conference on Multidisciplinary Issues (INCOMI). This event signifies a major milestone in the faculty's trajectory, moving beyond domestic discourse to actively contribute to and engage with the global knowledge economy. The inaugural INCOMI, scheduled for October 30, 2025, is anchored by the central theme: “Governing the Future: Collaboration, Innovation, and Sustainability for 2025.” This theme is meticulously chosen to address the nexus of critical issues shaping global socio-political and economic futures. The conference seeks to move beyond isolated disciplinary silos, recognizing that complex problems—such as climate governance, digital citizenship, or democratic resilience—cannot be adequately analyzed or resolved through a singular lens.
