ABSTRACT 

Communication is one part of a collaborative strategy social service. This is in accordance with the phenomenon that researchers found in the rumah aman "Sumur" of the Dinas Sosial PPPA, Nganjuk, that there is a collaborative strategy carried out in services for children victims of sexual violence to achieve the best interests of the child, namely social functioning. This article was written using qualitative research with descriptive data display. Informants were selected using purposive sampling. Data collection used non-participant observation, semi-structured interviews and documentation studies. Test the validity of the data using method triangulation and source triangulation. The research results show that communication is part of the collaborative strategy. Communication is carried out between colleagues and through case conferences. Direct communication is a step to reduce misperceptions between each other and is able to increase respect between parties. Communication and sharing information to exchange views is very necessary as part of the collaboration process so that it can support the success of collaboration
