ABSTRACT 

The increasing number of users of online motorcycle taxi services in Indonesia has opened up job opportunities for the community. Although working as an online motorcycle taxi driver is considered a job that is more suitable for men, in fact, there are quite a few women who have entered this line of work for various reasons. This study aims to examine the dynamics of women's working lives, particularly in male-dominated sectors, and to understand their reasons for choosing to work as online motorcycle taxi drivers. In this phenomenon, the researcher uses George Ritzer's Liberal Feminism theory to analyze the phenomenon. Using a qualitative research method with a phenomenological approach. The results of the study on the emergence of Muslim female online motorcycle taxi drivers in the public work sector show that women have the same rights and opportunities to access employment without being burdened by traditional roles as women
