ABSTRACT 

This study examines the social welfare systems in different countries and their relationship to global social justice, identifying the challenges faced by social welfare policies as well as innovations that can increase their effectiveness. The aim of this study is to explore how social welfare models are applied in countries with different social, economic, and political contexts and their impact on social and economic inequality. The research method used is a qualitative literature review, which includes an analysis of various studies related to the social welfare system in the last ten years. The results show that the social welfare model applied in Scandinavian countries, which focuses on equitable access through progressive taxation, has succeeded in reducing social inequality, despite the ongoing financing challenges. In contrast, countries with a liberal model, such as the United States, often fail to provide adequate social protection for vulnerable groups. In addition, countries with corporatist systems such as Germany and France are trying to combine state and market elements, but still have difficulty in reaching the informal sector. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of innovation in the management of social welfare through technology and global collaboration to create policies that are inclusive, responsive to changing times, and effectively reduce social inequality.
