ABSTRACT 

Research on women’s leadership in Indonesia has made significant advancements in recent years. However, there has yet to be a comprehensive study mapping the trends in this research. This article aims to identify and analyze the women's leadership research network in Indonesia using a bibliometric approach. The methods used include citation analysis, keyword analysis, and mapping collaborations among authors and institutions involved in publications related to this topic. The data used are from articles published in Scopus-indexed scientific journals between 2015 and 2025. The analysis results reveal five main clusters in this research: leadership styles, women's empowerment, political leadership, leadership in the business sector, and organizational innovation. The collaboration network among authors and institutions was also identified, with several dominant collaboration hubs. Additionally, there has been a shift in research trends reflecting the growing attention to women's leadership in politics and technology. These findings are expected to provide guidance for researchers, policymakers, and practitioners in designing interventions and policies that support the enhancement of women's roles in leadership
